• Full payment is required to confirm reservations.
• We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the cruise will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Guests are expected to follow crew instructions and behave responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone causing disruption or safety concerns.

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the cruise unless caused by our negligence.

We may modify or cancel cruises due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen events. We will notify customers as soon as possible.

All content, logos, and materials are owned by Princesa Dinner Cruise and may not be used without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in local courts.
